Initial meeting
Hello! Let’s schedule a meeting! Before building a home, it’s important to build a relationship and connect on a personal level. As a second generation builder. I have accumulated over 20 years of knowledge of the construction industry. We’re not suits and shoe polish, but more like Carhartt and Redwings. We’ll discuss your ideas, needs, ‘must haves’, as well as budget to accurately design your home to best suit you.
Design Phase
As we discover the vision that is your new home, we will connect with one of our architects to bring your vision to life. At this time, our designers will help you choose selections and design styles to form a base for your budget.
Build Cost and Timelines
Once our collaboration is complete, the plans will be passed on to our suppliers and skilled sub-contractors for bidding, allowing us to determine our final cost for construction. Elysian Builders will meet with you again at this time to present build cost and a construction completion timeline and answer any questions about the construction process.
Construction Commencement
Let’s start building! Elysian Builders is humbled and honored to be chosen to build your home! After reviewing and signing contracts, construction will begin. During construction, we’ll schedule walkthroughs, making certain everything meets your expectations.
Warranty
Your house is ready to call home! Elysian Builders will do a final walkthrough with you at your new home. There will also be a 3 month follow up as well as a 1-year warranty walkthrough if any issues arise.
